The Account Manager role is the face of our business. Managing c. 15 Clients of all different shapes and sizes, you will lead the service delivery to the Client, managing their marketing campaigns, budget and most importantly, the Client relationship. Your main objectives are to ensure you are delivering against the objectives of our Clients, working alongside the Account Director and your Account Executive to meet and exceed their expectations.
This role is an ideal next step from a Marketing Executive or for an Account Manager looking for a new challenge and to progress towards a Senior Account Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Advise c. 15 Clients on their partner marketing strategy.
- Making recommendations and implementing strategies to grow their partner program.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with your Clients and key partners.
- Work with the delivery teams to secure ad placements and opportunities for your Clients
- Hold weekly or bi-weekly calls with your Clients to update them on new opportunities and progress.
- Frequent face-to-face meetings with Clients.
- Attend industry networking events to meet with partners.
- Supporting junior members of the team with their development.
- Act as a first line of escalation for the Account Executives.
Essential Key Skills:
- Strong IT and Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good customer service skills and able to contribute within a team environment.
- Accuracy, strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills required.
- Willingness to help and support.
- A consistent, reliable, flexible manner and good timekeeper.
