Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize affiliate marketing programs for clients, ensuring alignment with their marketing calendars.
• Recruit and develop affiliate partnerships, including brand-to-brand, influencer, and tech collaborations.
• Conduct regular compliance checks and implement plans of action when issues arise.
• Analyze campaign performance, ensuring alignment with budgets and KPIs.
• Collaborate with clients to understand broader business objectives and how affiliate activities contribute.​

Requirements:

• Proven experience in affiliate marketing, preferably within an agency setting.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Familiarity with various affiliate platforms and technologies
