EngageMore is working with a B2B digital tech business assisting them in the recruitment of a Business Development Manager
Salary: £50k - £70k (dependent on experience) + up to £20k OTE
Remote based (able to travel easily to London for meetings)

We are a start-up in the performance marketing sector that’s opening up huge amounts of new inventory, focused on brand-to-brand partnerships.
We are seeking a dynamic, self-starter to join us as our Business Development Manager, able to work in a fast-paced environment, building out both the number of brands to integrate our self-serve technology, and the related advertisers that will work with those brands.
Notably, the new Business Development Manager will be able to represent our technology, working alongside our partner networks to engage with a whole host of warm leads, ensuring they engage at pace to bring our technology to these prospects.
What we are looking for:
· Proven track record in sales
· Experience in B2B digital sales and business development
· Excellent communication skills
· A positive and tenacious attitude and a passion for success
· Strong understanding of ecommerce and the digital advertising landscape
· A sales leader, with strong acumen and comprehension in on site technologies for ecommerce players.
· Target driven and total focus on achieving targets and helping grow business.
· Embracing the power and value of CRMs to boost performance and report accurately on progress.
Focus:
· Identify business opportunities, nurture existing and new relationships and convert those relationships into new business.
· Through effective networking, ensure that leads and prospects are managed proactively.
· Leverage existing connections in performance marketing.
· Expand and raise our profile, and prompt dialogue, through general networking.
· Present appropriate information to the Board, including sales metrics and performance.
Package:
£50k - £70k (dependent on experience) + up to £20k OTE
