Fantastic opportunity to join a leading health and wellbeing employee benefits company, as a Commercial Relationship Executive.
Please note the role is fully remote so you need to be based in the UK and must have the right to work in the UK.
The role is to manage and develop key commercial and trade partnership relationships resulting in an enhanced proposition and increased revenue.
Accountabilities and responsibilities include:
- All aspects of daily management for the external commercial partners
- Working closely with the Commercial Team to devise and maintain effective commercial partnerships
- Work alongside the B2B and B2C Marketing teams to ensure a smooth launch and the on-going engagement
- Manage a small book of existing accounts that generate leads for the sales team
- Take care of daily queries and questions, create, and manage regular engagement
- Provide reporting on agreed KPIs and spot opportunities for growth
Required skills and experience:
- Customer service and/or B2B relationship / client management experience
- Previous experience in a similar position, possibly with a competitor or in a similar market
- Excellent relationship builder with experience managing external relationships
- Very good attention to detail with an understanding and experience of data analytics
- A proven track record of cross function working to deliver complex projects
