CRM Specialist

A sports fan rewards platform based in Burton-on-Trent are looking for a CRM specialist, reporting into the Head of CRM and Member Lifecycle.

Starting salary is £30k - £35k.

‍

The role will support in planning and delivering campaigns across the lifecycle model, including:

- Acquisition
- Onboarding
- Data collection
- Affiliate conversion

‍

This role will be hands-on in delivering email campaigns to increase the number of members interacting with the programme to deliver against KPI targets and will require the ability to use reports to monitor performance and inform future activities.

‍

Knowledge of HTML and SQL would be highly beneficial.
