Head of Operations

Based in Burton on Trent, with the opportunity for hybrid working, this operator of sports-based loyalty and reward programmes is looking for a passionate, energetic and experienced Head of Operations to come and be a part of their exciting journey.
Leveraging your operational expertise, and with a drive for business performance, you will ensure that all their loyalty and rewards programmes are operated in an efficient and effective manner through processes, systems and people and data.

Working in a fast paced, results driven business and reporting directly into the Directors, you will be responsible for:

• Working with the Directors to create an operational strategy and plan to deliver overall programme KPI’s and objectives.
• To ensure operational processes and systems are working efficiently as to maximise output and delivery for every Rewards4 programme.
• Work with the Directors and the Heads of Departments to ensure that all operational procedures, processes, systems, and functionalities relating to any new partners (whether sports club, racecourse, marketing or commercial partners) have been thought through.

The ideal candidate:

• Demonstrable experience of leading operations in a fast paced, growing business.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to create a clear Operational Roadmap for the business and the ability to deliver against that.
• The ability to lead and line manage an Operations team in the future.
• A proven track record of delivering successful integrations / integrating differing partner functionalities as well as onboarding those partner integrations.
• Familiar with GDPR, Data Privacy and Data Protection laws.
• Continuous improvement mindset.
