Head of role (affiliate network)

The Role reports into the MD for the SMB line of business. Salary package is £55k - £60k +20% variable annual bonus for achieving targets.

The main pre-requisites for the role are international and people management experience.

In short...

‍

• You’d be line manager for 8 Account Managers (growing to 10 next year).
• The role will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the SMB portfolio (1000
  programs in total)
• Expected to champion new ideas, execute agreed strategies and work closely with
  the Customer Success Director to improve retention, messaging, workflow
  automation, etc.
• Also need to be agile and adaptable, taking on new tasks and side-projects where
  needed that may range across other disciplines, such as digital marketing/SEM,
  content, product, customer experience, etc.

Flexible working but encouraged to be in the office Tuesday / Thursday.
