Location: London, with a requirement to be in the Liverpool Street office two days per week

Salary Range: £28k – £36k dependent on experience plus commission on new business and quarterly company wide performance bonus

Since launching almost 4 years ago, we’ve grown to a team of 15, onboarded lots of clients (including Real Madrid, Derek Rose, Proton, Pockit & more), and almost doubled our size over 2024. We’ve got ambitious plans to grow over the coming months, and anyone joining at this stage will have a tangible impact on this growth.
Job Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who’s eager to learn about the inner workings of a growing digital marketing business directly from the founders. You’ll play a vital role in keeping the company running smoothly, covering everything from people and processes to finance and office operations.
The ideal candidate is organised, proactive, and curious about how different parts of a business come together from onboarding new hires and managing invoices to refining internal processes and supporting a great team culture.
This is a hands-on role that offers direct exposure to the operational heartbeat of Addesu and a front-row seat to how a digital agency scales.
Responsibilities:
People & Talent
- Own the onboarding experience for new team members, ensuring they’re set up for success.
- Help foster a positive and inclusive team culture through internal initiatives and events.
Finance & Admin
- Support bookkeeping and financial tracking, including expense management and supplier invoices.
- Assist in managing company subscriptions, contracts, and renewals.
Processes & Operations
- Review and refine internal processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Maintain and update internal tools such as Notion and Slack.
- Support data organisation, documentation, and reporting across departments.
Office Management
- Oversee day-to-day running of the London office (supplies, maintenance, post, etc.).
- Coordinate team events, offsites, and meetings.
- Be the go-to person for ensuring a smooth and welcoming work environment.
Experience / Requirements
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- A proactive approach, you see problems before they happen and love finding better ways to do things.
- Awareness of the importance of confidentiality, as you will be handling employee personal data & sensitive company data.
- An interest in business operations, finance, or HR.
- Confidence using productivity/analysis tools such as Google Sheets, or Excel.
- A curious and collaborative mindset and keen to learn how different business functions fit together.
Salary & Benefits
- Hybrid working
- A base salary of £28,000 - £36,000 dependent on experience
- Salary reviews every 6 months at a minimum
- A quarterly company wide performance bonus of approximately 5% of salary
- Enrolled in our generous options scheme.
- Flexible working:
- Work your own schedule as long as core responsibilities can be met.
- Up to 3 days of working from home a week initially, to be reviewed every 6 months at a minimum.
- Work from anywhere 4 weeks a year.
- 30 days of paid annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays), with the option to:
- Take them when they matter to you, not tied to UK public holidays.
- Buy 3 additional days of leave.
- Carry over up to 7 days to future years.
