Product Marketing Executive

More is working with WeShop, assisting them in the recruitment of a Product Engagement Executive.

SALARY

£23k - £25k (depending on experience)

WeShop is the world’s first shoppable social network, 90% owned by the consumer. Simply shopping like normal at any of the 500+ top UK retailers will earn you shares in WeShop Holdings Limited. We call it Shareback. The mobile app is home to 500+ top UK retailers, including ASOS, eBay, Boots, Currys, PrettyLittleThing & more.

We’re expanding the product & marketing team in the UK to deliver our important message during this difficult financial crisis. We need someone to help engage our customers, educate, refer & spend.

THE ROLE

The Product Engagement Executive will work directly with the Head of Product to launch new education, commercial deals & product communication opportunities to drive engagement, education, satisfaction & ARPU (Average Revenue Per User).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Product Engagement Executive will:

• Create product marketing comms across email, push & in-app channels.
• Build & design email campaigns.
• Create content banners & internal social posts (CMS).
• Assist commercial team with managing retailer campaigns & assets.
• Identify campaign opportunities for better education & satisfaction across the existing product features across all channels (internal & PPC)
• Report on critical product performance metrics such as ARPU (Average Revenue per User), LTV (Lifetime Value) & CSAT (Customer Satisfaction), etc.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• We are looking for someone who has:
• Previous experience in product and/or digital marketing in eCommerce (1-2 years preferred).
• Data-driven & data literate with working experience of analytics software
• Strong experience with design software (Canva, Adobe suite, etc.).
• Excellent written English & attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload.

JOB DETAILS

• £23,000 - £25,000 per annum (DOE)
• Full-time, Permanent (40h per week)
• Remote (with occasional meets in London/Manchester)
