Job Overview

The Sales Operations Manager plays a crucial part in empowering the Sales and Partnerships team through strategic initiatives and dynamic projects. This position also includes management, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and driving process enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Sales and Partnerships team in achieving strategic objectives.
  • Work closely with the team to enhance the quality and impact of sales analytics and presentations.
  • Deliver CRM insights and performance metrics to the sales team.
  • Optimize promotional placements across newsletters, media, and retail platforms.
  • Oversee the seamless onboarding and execution of new partnerships.
  • Lead end-to-end project execution for new revenue initiatives.
  • Provide support for sales event planning and coordination.
  • Collaborate with Business Intelligence and Data teams to simplify and unify reporting workflows.
  • Engage with teams like product, marketing, compliance, and PR to align goals and outcomes.
  • Continuously improve revenue generation from retail partnerships.
  • Manage team members by setting objectives and fostering professional growth.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Proven track record in a sales operations or support role.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and data visualization tools.
  • Confidence in curating high-quality content while maintaining output levels.
  • Strong organizational and communication capabilities.
  • Ability to manage complex priorities effectively, with excellent attention to detail.
