More is asisting a digital & affiliate agency in their search for a Senior Affiliate Account Manager.

Salary range is £40k - £50k dependent on experience.

The Senior Account Manager will have a great opportunity to join this fast-growing project with the purpose of supporting the growing client base and team.
The successful candidate will have the support of senior management and an Account Director as well as everyone around them in the exciting lean agency setup. Duties
- Working closely with the Account Director and Auxiliary teams to support client goals via Affiliate marketing
- Be able to discover and understand client goals
- Create Affiliate marketing strategies that support client goals
- Complete tactical and operational tasks that support the Affiliate marketing strategy for both (offline and) online marketing
- Introduce, and recruit publishers for clients using the Impact Radius platform and off-platform means to find suitable publishers for our brands
- Monitor and audit the performance of the programs (conversions, clicks, AOVs, and more)
- Understand and work with the client to identify and develop growth strategies in the performance channel and elsewhere (search, social, etc.)
- Monitor affiliate program activity, analyse performance, identify areas of improvement, and recommend ways to increase affiliate-generated revenues
- Create, develop and maintain relationships across all key Affiliate, Influencer and brand partnerships
- Identify new media partner opportunities to support the wider Account Management & Partnerships team
- Monitor existing partnership activity and assist with regular overviews to maximise partner output
- Support and lead client reviews & and meetings
- Develop & and maintain relationships
- Liaising with the Technical Account Manager to ensure no drop-off in activity with media partners
- Develop & and maintain a thorough understanding of the suite of tools (e.g. Monday.com & Impact) to deliver role responsibilities
- Travel as required for reviews and other client meetings. Client travel will be largely UK-based.
You will have:
- 2+ years of experience running accounts within the affiliate channel
- A passion for performance marketing and a desire to innovate within the space to create a market-leading suite of programs
- Possess strong organisational skills for multi-tasking and prioritization of daily tasks whilst working to tight deadlines, but without compromising on quality
- An analytical and detail-oriented approach to problems
- Advanced proficiency with office products and the Google Suite
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills
- An ability to digest data and make strategic recommendations based on the analysis
- A generally positive outlook and curiosity for life
