ROLE
This is a London-based role with an expectation of being in our office three days a week. As a Senior Partnerships Manager you will manage and grow WeShop’s affiliate commission and other revenue. This involves recruiting new advertisers, communicating with existing advertisers, and monitoring performance.
The Senior Partnerships Manager will report into the Head of Commercial and work closely with the marketing team to develop campaigns and promotions to drive sales via affiliate partnerships with advertisers. They will analyse data and identify trends to optimise performance. Effectively mentoring and collaborating with colleagues is key to the overall success of the team.
- Recruiting and onboarding new advertisers.
- Managing relationships with existing advertisers and partners.
- Increasing commission rates with existing advertisers.
- Selling tenancy advertising to existing advertisers.
- Collaborating with the Marketing team to develop promotional campaigns.
- Tracking and analysing advertiser program performance.
- Identifying new opportunities for growth in sales, commission, and other revenue.
- Communicating with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitoring sales tracking, validations and payments, and taking appropriate actions as necessary.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Representing WeShop at affiliate industry networking events.
EXPERIENCE
The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyse data and make decisions based on that analysis. They should also be highly organised and be able to manage multiple projects at once. A “why not” mentality to create new opportunities and overcome obstacles. A social, friendly attitude to building and maintaining partnerships and relationships, both internally and with advertiser clients, is also key.
SALARY
£40k - £45k (depending on experience) + OTE.
