Senior Programme Manager

Sports fan rewards platform seeking a Senior Programme and Member Growth Manager, to fully own their largest programme - Rewards4Racing & Rewards4Racing Ireland, reporting into the Company Directors.

Starting salary is £50k-£65k dependent on experience + 5% bonus

The key areas of delivering this role will be to:
‍
1) Work with Directors to agree and own Programme KPIs and plan with a key focus on member acquisition.
2) Build successful, commercially driven relationships with the sporting partners.
3) Execute programme plans working alongside the Head of CRM & Member Lifecycle, Head of Creative, Head of Member Services and the data team to achieve key metrics
