Acting as part of the internal function, we took responsibility for candidate attraction, screening, and management across a wide range of roles including Senior Symphony Developer, Sales & Partnerships Manager, two Account Managers, and a Lead Software Engineer – all of which were successfully hired.

Promoted opportunities via Genie’s LinkedIn company page and through targeted advertising.
Screened applicants, handling candidate enquiries and ensuring smooth communication at every stage.
Supported internal teams with interview scheduling across multiple calendars.
Delivered clear feedback loops, keeping both candidates and hiring managers updated and engaged.

In addition to the successfully filled positions, we also contributed to the early stages of recruitment for a Data Analyst and PPC Manager role, building candidate pipelines ready for future needs.
