Genie Ventures required additional recruitment support across multiple business-critical roles. With a high volume of positions to fill within a short timeframe, they needed a partner who could act as an extension of their internal team and manage the process end-to-end.

The Outcome
EngageMore embedded into Genie’s hiring team on a fixed-fee, three-month project. Acting as part of the internal function, we took responsibility for candidate attraction, screening, and management across a wide range of roles including Senior Symphony Developer, Sales & Partnerships Manager, two Account Managers, and a Lead Software Engineer – all of which were successfully hired.

To ensure a streamlined process, we:
- Set up and managed TeamTailor, creating role listings and tracking candidate statuses.
- Promoted opportunities via Genie’s LinkedIn company page and through targeted advertising.
- Screened applicants, handling candidate enquiries and ensuring smooth communication at every stage.
- Supported internal teams with interview scheduling across multiple calendars.
- Delivered clear feedback loops, keeping both candidates and hiring managers updated and engaged.
In addition to the successfully filled positions, we also contributed to the early stages of recruitment for a Data Analyst and PPC Manager role, building candidate pipelines ready for future needs.
